## 帖子内容

**Title:** Built a small tool to handle my own billing/inbox overhead as a solo operator. Curious if this is a shared problem.

**Body:**

Running everything alone means the actual client work is only part of what fills the day.

For me, the grind isn't projects. It's the overhead. Customer emails asking for a copy of their invoice. A payment that's been overdue for two weeks and I still haven't sent a follow-up. New client wondering where their onboarding docs are. None of it is hard work. But it stacks up faster than I expected.

I tracked it for a week. Two and a half hours gone on stuff that felt more like admin than work.

So I built something. It connects to Gmail and Stripe, reads incoming messages, figures out what each one is actually asking for, and either handles it or shows me a one-click action. Resend invoice. Send a payment reminder. Pull the customer's last three orders. Nothing impressive to look at, but it got the overhead down to about 20 minutes on most days.

Been running it on my own business for a few months. It falls apart when emails are ambiguous or need real judgment. Works fine for the repetitive stuff.

Mostly curious whether this is a me problem or something other solo operators run into. If you spend real time on billing follow-ups and inbox triaging, I'd be curious what your actual workflow looks like. DM me if you want to see it.
